Students from partner institutions can apply for an exchange for one or two semesters. Selected students have to be nominated by the coordinator via email before starting the application process at Munich University of Applied Sciences. Contact persons can be found here .

Old application forms are not valid anymore. Only the new online application form will be accepted.
Application deadlines are May 15th for the winter semester and December 15th for the summer semester.

- Additionally for students who want to participate in the Courses in English-Program and who are not native speakers, studying in an English speaking country or in an English degree program: proof of English language skills according to the 'Common European Framework of Reference for Languages' is required; we recommend an intermediate level of English knowledge to be able to follow the courses.
Additionally for European (ERASMUS) students:
- copy of the European Health Insurance Card (EHIC, E-111) or, if you have a private insurance, a document of your insurance company that confirms sufficient insurance coverage during your stay in Munich.
Additionally for Design students:
- digital Portfolio as PDF-file (max. 5MB)
Additionally for Master students:
- copy of Bachelor or Diploma certificate
We prefer to receive applications as a Scan via Email as one (1) PDF-File with max. 5 MB to email@example.com. Design students can send the Portfolio additionally <br> You can also fax the signed document to 0049-(0)89-1265-1140 or send the Original documents via post. If it was sent via Email, we don’t need the original documents anymore.
