HM Hochschule München University of Applied Sciences is committed to ensuring that its website https://www.hm.edu/ is accessible in accordance with national legislation implementing Directive (EU) 2016/2102 of the European Parliament and of the Council on barrier-free access to the websites and mobile applications of public authorities.
This accessibility policy applies to the website of the HM, which can be accessed via the access link https://www.hm.edu/.
This website is partially compatible with the "Behindertengleichstellungsgesetze von Bund und Ländern" (BGG & LGG), the "Barrierefreie-Informationstechnik-Verordnung" (BITV), and Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1.
We are currently having our website independently audited by Academic Hero in accordance with BITV and WCAG 2.1.
As soon as we have the test results, we will publish them here.
The HM has a very extensive web presence of several thousand websites. The majority of the pages were published before 23 September 2018. However, due to the disproportionate burden imposed by federal and state equality laws, the site is not yet fully accessible. The technical implementation will be carried out successively until the end of 2022 as part of a relaunch.
The HM is working to remove existing barriers.
