How would you like to get involved?
Institutional Sponsors
If you would like to support the Deutschlandstipendium (Germany scholarship) not just as an individual, but as a company, organisation, foundation or association by contributing a full scholarship, we would be happy to arrange a consultation.
Where the funding amount is €1,800 or more per year per scholarship, it is possible to co-fund one or more scholarships for a period of at least one year. The university and the donor enter into a written funding agreement for this purpose; upon request, the HM will issue a donation receipt.
As a sponsor, you have the opportunity to strengthen your relationship with ‘your’ scholarship holders through your own initiatives. It is possible to link the funding to specific departments and/or fields of study. This commitment to education can be highlighted in your communications.
Individual donations from private donors
You can donate the desired amount to the association “Freunde der Hochschule München e. V.”, specifying that it is for the Deutschlandstipendium (Germany scholarship). The association pools these individual donations until they can be used to co-fund one or more further scholarships.
In return for your donation, you will receive a donation receipt from the charity, enabling you to claim your financial contribution against tax.
Membership of the "Friends of Hochschule München" association
The association “Freunde der Hochschule München e. V.” supports HM, for example, through cultural activities or by presenting awards to outstanding graduates. The association’s members include friends, alumni and representatives from the worlds of business and politics. By becoming a member, you will benefit from a growing network and be invited to high-profile events such as the “Oskar von Miller Celebration”.
The association is registered with the Munich Register of Associations and is recognised as a charitable organisation. Membership fees are tax-deductible, and donation receipts will be issued on request.
