My time at HM was great! I found all my classes interesting, and my professors encouraged everyone to join in and were always there to help. The staff at the International Office were also really friendly and supportive. I chose to come to Munich because I love German culture and wanted to experience life here. HM ended up being the perfect fit for my programme. I loved learning German, visiting the Christmas markets, and seeing Munich covered in snow. It was such an amazing experience!

Having been in "exile" in California for about 15 years, I greatly welcomed the opportunity to spend a semester in my home country at HM, teaching two courses on Artificial Intelligence and Human-Computer Interaction. The students are well-prepared and highly motivated, pretty much in line with ours at Cal Poly. With excellent support from the International Office and the Department of Computer Science and Mathematics, my stay so far has gone very well, and it will be difficult to leave Munich.
