International cooperative doctorates

Cooperative doctorates can also be arranged in collaboration with a foreign university. In this case, doctoral candidates have a supervision team consisting of a first supervisor from a foreign traditional university and a second supervisor from HM. The requirements for the doctorate depend in particular on the regulations of the cooperating foreign university. It should be noted that the doctoral regulations differ considerably from country to country. Interested candidates should therefore inform themselves in advance about the regulations and the procedure at the foreign traditional university.
