Application and Requirements

To participate in our summer school, you must be at least 18 years old.

Your application should include the following documents:

• Completed application form
• Letter of motivation (300-500 words, on a separate sheet)
• Proof of English proficiency if English is not your native language (minimum B2 level on the CEFR scale, TOEFLiBT 80 or equivalent)
• Copy of the most recent transcript of records
• Profile photo

Please submit your application by 23 March 2026 via email to HM Hochschule München University of Applied Sciences.

1. Citizens from several non-European countries are required to apply for a visa before entering Germany.

2. For applicants coming from other countries, a valid passport (or a national identity card for EU citizens) is sufficient.

If your stay does not exceed three months, you will not need an additional residence permit.
