Declaration of Consent
Below you can find the declaration of consent for the use of the online portal (MoveOn) and the online forms provided by the International Office at Hochschulel München University of Applied Sciences.

When you submit your online application for an exchange programme or scholarship at Hochschule München, you submit your personal details via MoveOn directly to the International Office at Hochschule München.
All data is handled in accordance with data protection regulations. All personal data is collected, processed and used solely for the purpose of your application. The legal basis for data processing is your consent in accordance with Article 6(1)(a) and Article 7 GDPR (General Data Protection Regulation). Within Hochschule München, your data will be processed and used solely by the International Office. It will not be passed on to third parties, with the exception of the partner institutions you have named and, if you have made an application for a scholarship with the DAAD, the DAAD itself.
In accordance with the law (Article 28 of the GDPR), Hochschule München may outsource data handling to data processors. Hochschule München has commissioned QS UniSolution GmbH, Meitnerstr. 10, 70563 Stuttgart, as its data processor.
Personal data will be deleted 3 years (non-EU, freemovers, travel allowance) or 5 years (Erasmus+) after the end of your stay abroad. By using the online portal (i.e. by logging in), you consent to the collection, processing and use of your data as described above.
You can access this declaration at any time, and you can withdraw your consent at any time by sending an email to the International Office team (international-office@hm.edu ), provided your application has not yet been accepted.
Under the General Data Protection Regulation, you have the following rights:
If your personal data is being processed, you have the right to obtain information about the data held about you (Article 15 of the GDPR).
Should any inaccurate personal data be processed, you have the right to have it rectified (Article 16 of the GDPR).
If the legal conditions are met, you may request the erasure or restriction of processing, and you may object to the processing (Articles 17, 18 and 21 of the GDPR).
If you have consented to the processing of your data or if a data processing agreement is in place, and the data processing is carried out using automated means, you may have a right to data portability (Article 20 of the GDPR).
Should you wish to exercise the rights set out above, the public authority will check whether the legal requirements for doing so have been met.
Furthermore, you have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority. The authority responsible for Hochschule München is the Bavarian State Commissioner for Data Protection:
