The exchange between Hochschule München and its partners in South Africa is funded by the Erasmus+ worldwide programme (KA 171 programme with partner countries). The aim of this funding in the area of student mobility (incoming students only) and staff mobility (incoming and outgoing) is to foster closer links between all higher education institutions and to promote intensive cooperation. Funding amounts outgoing SMS: Travel allowance €1,735, plus living expenses €190 per day Selection criteria for SMS: The stay at DUT/CPUT must be directly related to the doctorate research and contribute to its progress. In addition, there must be a suitable department at the partner university in South Africa, and a DUT/CPUT lecturer must be available to act as a supervisor for the duration of the stay.
