Fascinating discussions during the UAS7 annual conference at Cologne University of Applied Sciences
The universities of the UAS7 network came together to discuss a wide range of issues within the framework of the University of Applied Sciences Human Resources Programme, which is funded by the BMBF and the federal states.

The Attract2HM team, represented by four colleagues, attended the UAS7 annual conference from 5 to 6 September to discuss solutions to current challenges within the funding projects and to exchange best practices with the other universities.
The team was involved in leading two workshops on the topics of employer branding and recruitment, as well as evaluation and strategy development. Other topics covered in the workshops and presentations included the right of universities of applied sciences to award doctorates, skills development and acquisition for future Professors, and research assessment.
The event concluded with a round-table discussion on Human Resources and career development at HAW.
