Why is co-creation necessary?
Why is co-creation needed to solve complex problems?

Because complex problems require more than just specialist knowledge or quick answers.
They call for reflection, collaborative thinking – and the ability to shape change from within.
As Prof. Ralph Buchner of Hochschule München points out:
"I am confident that inner growth and maturity will lead to external social change."
Co-creation is precisely this process: people contribute their perspectives, values and experiences, learn from one another – and work together to develop solutions that are sustainable.
Not because everyone agrees, but because they are willing to listen, to tolerate differences of opinion, and to allow something new to emerge from them.
At HM:UniverCity, we’ve found that co-creation is not a tool, but a mindset.
It creates spaces where trust, responsibility and shared learning become possible – and that is precisely where Transformation begins.
