Architecture Retrospective

Through models, drawings and installations, the outcomes of teaching at the Department of Architecture are brought to life and opened up for discussion. Students at the HM are showcasing projects from this academic year that address current topics such as sustainable construction methods, extending existing buildings, digital production, architectural heritage and communal spaces, whilst presenting individual solutions. The exhibition is aimed at those interested in architecture, school pupils, the wider public, as well as the parents and relatives of our students.

The exhibition will officially open on 24 July at 6.00 pm. Visitors are free to explore the exhibition venues and the exhibits at their own pace. Some of the artists will be present. In addition, the newly appointed Professor Anne Carina Völkel and the newly appointed Professor Sebastian Multerer will offer an insight into their work in two short inaugural lectures at 8.00 pm. The event forms part of the Department of Architecture’s summer party, where food and drink will be available.

On Saturday 25 July 2026, visitors will be able to view the exhibition at their own convenience until 12.00.
