UAS7 Conference in Münster

The 2026 UAS7 Conference, entitled ‘Teaching and Learning in Uncertain Times’, will be hosted by Münster University of Applied Sciences as part of the university-wide ‘ZusammenWirken’ project. Together with colleagues from the seven UAS7 universities, we will discuss structural changes to teaching and learning that provide answers to current uncertainties. The focus will be on topics such as future-oriented skills, diversity in teaching, democratic participation, and the question of how a sense of belonging and community can be strengthened at universities.

Together with the UAS7 partner universities, we will discuss how we can equip students, lecturers and staff members to meet the challenges of our time, what role universities play in society, and what contribution we are already making during studies. Through lectures and interactive workshops, we will pool experiences from the UAS7 universities, test new methodological approaches and develop a shared vision for the university of the future in the form of a UAS7 position paper.
