The interplay between lifestyle and mental health is the focus of a joint online symposium organised by Hochschule München, Deggendorf University of Applied Sciences and the University of Applied Sciences St. Pölten (USTP). On 13. November 2026, experts from various disciplines will come together to discuss current research questions and practically-oriented approaches.
The range of topics extends from sociological perspectives and mind-body medicine to digitalisation and addictive behaviour. The event provides a forum for stimulating ideas and interdisciplinary exchange – and is aimed at anyone who deals with mental health, whether professionally or in their private lives.
The program directors for the Master's Degree Programme in Mental Health at the Department of Applied Social Sciences at Hochschule München, Prof. Dr Markus Witzmann and Prof. Dr Christian Janssen, are looking forward to lively discussions – Prof. Dr Janssen will also be delivering an exciting keynote speech!
