From silly remarks to deliberate nastiness and harassment, right through to unfair male alliances: how is it possible that women manage to reach the very top whilst still having to endure unbelievable experiences on a regular basis, even today?
For their book *Machtgebiete*, Anna Sophie Herken, Christina Sontheim-Leven and Bettina Weiguny spoke to over 50 female managers, entrepreneurs and founders. They report on everyday sexism and systemic barriers, but also on how women stand their ground and what counter-strategies they develop.
Following the book launch, there will be an opportunity for discussion and exchange.
