Formulae – even though I struggled with them at times during my own studies, ultimately the formulae and models of physical chemistry allow us to explain and derive so many things. And my motivation is to pass on my enthusiasm for chemistry!

Why choose HM?

The job description simply appealed to me straight away, and working at a university of applied sciences brings together three things that are important to me: creating knowledge, applying knowledge and passing on knowledge.

The positive feedback I have received from so many quarters regarding my decision to take up a professorship.
