Previously, I worked as apostdoctoral researcher at the Technical University of Munich on the chair for Computer-Aided Modelling and Simulation. I have also been working as a freelance consultant specialising in digitalisation in the construction industry for several years.

Digitalisation – in the construction industry.
In the construction industry, there have been – and continue to be – a wide range of developments relating to digitalisation, which will have a significant impact on and transform professional practice in the coming years. I believe it is extremely important for aspiring engineers to be able to deal skilfully with digitalisation in their day-to-day work and to use new methods and tools effectively. And this is only possible through practice-oriented Teaching.

Why choose HM?

Having taught many courses, most of which involved several hundred participants, I am looking forward to engaging in direct dialogue with students in smaller courses at HM. I also find it both exciting and important that the focus is on the practical application of the course content.

A cross-Alps ride on a road bike.
