Bavarian Family Pact

Hochschule München (HM) joined the ‘Bavarian Family Pact’ in 2016. This is an initiative launched by the Bavarian State Government and the Bavarian business community with the aim of improving the work-life balance in companies.

For HM, this Bavaria-wide network serves as a platform for exchange and networking, particularly with family-friendly organisations in the region. Furthermore, the Family Pact offers the opportunity to raise the profile of HM’s commitment as a family-friendly university even further across Bavaria.
