Environmental Chemistry Laboratory

This facility is primarily utilized by Department 05 and Department 06 for their respective practical courses: Environmental Chemistry and Sustainability (Dept. 05) and Environmental Chemistry (Dept. 06).

Students conduct experimental work across various sectors of environmental analysis, focusing heavily on:

Water & Wastewater Analysis: Comprehensive quality and pollutant testing.
Soil & Air Analysis: Monitoring environmental impact and compositions.

Analytical Methods & Parameters

Using state-of-the-art analytical instrumentation, courses cover both bulk and specific markers:S

Sum Parameters: COD (Chemical Oxygen Demand), TOC (Total Organic Carbon), etc.
Individual Parameters: Nitrate, nitrite, NO₂, orthophosphate, etc.
