Inter-faculty student projects at the HM

In the cross-faculty, interdisciplinary ‘Project.X’, students from at least three different disciplines are presented with a problem that has not yet been tackled in this form.
The project work is divided into an interdisciplinary part and a subject-specific part. Students receive subject-specific supervision and are assessed by supervisors from their respective departments.
Work in the interdisciplinary small groups is carried out on a self-directed basis. Students are expected to organise themselves independently, develop solutions or scenarios that can be agreed upon, and, at the end of the semester, present their project results to an invited audience of experts.
