Locations	Our CAREER Centre events take place either online (usually via Zoom) or in person (mostly at the Lothstraße campus). For general Site plans at HM.
Log in	You can log in easily using your university account. No need to register again. To do this, click on ‘SSO Login’, enter ‘hm.edu’, and then enter your HM username and password. Instructions
Registration	Enrolment is always possible from the start of the semester and throughout the semester. Provided there are still places available or the registration deadline allows, last-minute registrations are also possible. Before starting the registration process, you must log in using your username and password. You must register separately for each workshop, talk or consultation, and you will receive a confirmation of registration by email straight away. For events that require a fee, please remember to transfer the participation fee promptly after registering.
Entry fee	For some of the courses in our programme, we charge a course fee to ensure that your booking is binding. You will find the amount of the course fee in the relevant course description. Please transfer the amount to our account as soon as possible after booking: Recipient: Staatsoberkasse Bayern IBAN: DE75 7005 0000 0001 1903 15 BIC: BYLADEMM Purpose: Student ID number 0002.0155.5655, semester, course name, surname, first name Please make sure you specify the payment reference; otherwise, we will not be able to identify your payment!
Confirmation of registration	Once we have received your payment, we will send you a confirmation of registration by email. If you have not received this, your place on the course is still not reservedPlease note that we can only accept registrations for which payment has been received by the deadline. Please keep your confirmation of attendance for your own records. If no registration fee is charged, there is no need to make a bank transfer and your registration is immediately binding.
Waiting list	If your chosen course is fully booked, you can still register and you will automatically be placed on the waiting list. If a participant withdraws, you will be notified automatically by email and you can then register for the event. Important: You have a limited time to accept and book your place; after a certain period, it will be offered to the next person on the waiting list.
Cancellation	You can cancel a booking you have already made via your account and will receive immediate confirmation of the cancellation by email. Please cancel in good time so that the place can be made available to someone else. You will be refunded the booking fee if the within the specified cancellation period received by us before the course starts. After that, we will only refund the course fee upon presentation of a medical certificate. To process the refund, we require your address, bank details, date of birth and tax ID number (11 digits) via email. Refunds are not processed automatically.
Unexcused absence	If you do not cancel your place on a course in good time and fail to attend on the day of the event, you may be barred from attending future events organised by the CAREER Center!
Changes to the programme	Please check for any changes to the programme! You will always be contacted by email in the event of last-minute changes.
On the day of the course	Please arrive on time (10 minutes before the event starts)! This is essential to the success of our workshop programme.
Alumni	As a former student, you can take part in certain events from our programme (excluding AdA, QMF-TÜV, QMB-TÜV, PM and SCRUM). To do so, you must be a member of the Alumni Community Registration is free and straightforward.
