How can I notify you of a change of name or address?
In PRIMUSS Online Services, you can make changes via Status > Personal information > Change personal information.
- Changes of address are processed immediately.
- Name changes must be reported using the relevant application form via PRIMUSS Online Services (Services > Continue with Applications and Messages > Select application/form > General > Change of Surname).
What do I need to bear in mind when changing my name?
Please enclose a copy of your marriage certificate or a copy of your updated identity card as proof.
Why and when do I need to make a notification?
To ensure that you do not miss any correspondence or receive it with a significant delay, please notify us of any changes without delay.
