Issuing a Transcript of Records
How can I obtain a Transcript of Records?
If you require an official Transcript of Records (in German or in English), you can request this via PRIMUSS Online Services > Services > Applications and Messages > Write a message (Receiver: Office for Examinations).
There is no charge for issuing the Transcript of Records.
What do I need to know about the application process?
To submit an application for another degree programme (bachelor's degree programme or master's degree programme) within Hochschule München, a printout of the Overview of Marks available on PRIMUSS Online Services (Services > Overview of Marks) as a PDF file is sufficient. An official Transcript of Records is NOT required.
If you are making an application to other universities, for internships or similar opportunities, we recommend that you check in advance whether an official Transcript of Records is strictly required or whether a PDF printout may suffice in such cases.
