Following the amendment to the Higher Education Publication Ordinance (BayHSchBekV), which came into force on 1 January 2005, Bavarian higher education institutions were granted the right to publish their statutes, provided these had been duly adopted by the institution. Here you will find the official publications setting out the legal basis of the University of Applied Sciences München.
Publications up to 31 December 2018 are available for consultation at the Hochschule München Library, Building H, Lothstraße 13d, 80335 Munich.
