Established Researcher

At European level, the term ‘established researcher’ refers to the advanced postdoctoral phase or the phase of establishing one’s career, which includes, amongst others, junior, early-career and tenure-track Professors, as well as leaders of early-career research groups.

The Graduate School has summarised here information on programmes and structures that apply to HM. With regard to staff categories and job profiles, there may be some ambiguity regarding the designation as an R3 researcher, which is due in particular to the specific characteristics of the UAS sector.
