It is aimed at qualified women with professional experience who are seeking a career as a university professor and who already possess the qualifications required for an appointment, or who will acquire them in the foreseeable future.
Qualified women are offered attractive career opportunities at the Universities of Applied Sciences in Bavaria.
"Off to the lecture theatres!" is here to support you:
- if you are interested in a professorship at a university
- if you would like to find out more about the role of a Professor at a university
- if you wish to take up a temporary teaching contract at a university in Bavaria
- if you would like to assess your personal prospects for a career at the university
- if you’d like to get an overview of the universities in Bavaria
Further information on the programme, the activities it includes and the requirements can be found on the LaKoF website
If you are interested in a temporary teaching contract at Hochschule München, you will find all current vacancies under ‘Jobs & Careers’. You also have the option of submitting a speculative application for consideration.
If you are generally interested in a temporary teaching contract, you can also register with the database run by the Baden-Württemberg Regional Conference in cooperation with the Bavarian Regional Conference. Your profile will be added to the database and you will receive an email whenever a temporary teaching contract requiring a profile matching yours becomes available. At the same time, you can also search for a specific temporary teaching contract.
"Off to the lecture theatres!" runs a support service which provides information on the job board and advertised temporary teaching contracts, and organises information evenings on the topic of being a female Professor at a University of Applied Sciences
