Zentrale IT - About us

The Information Technology Services (Zentrale IT) provides services to Hochschule München. It reports to the Chancellor of Hochschule München.

Our services cover the traditional responsibilities of a university data centre, such as the provision of:

• Network and server infrastructure
• Communication services
• Identity Management
• Telephony
• Server housing and hosting

We support the administration by providing the technical infrastructure for online procedures relating to student and examination management, as well as systems for resource management (budget management, cost and performance accounting, construction management).

Information Technology Services also provides direct support to the university administration, the Library, departments 10, 11, 12, 13 and 14, and other departments following the conclusion of special agreements.
