Internship abroad
An international internship offers many benefits – you can:
- gain international work experience,
- make valuable contacts, and
- get to know the culture and way of life of another country.
An internship can be undertaken within the EU (Erasmus+) and outside Europe (Erasmus+ worldwide) – both can be funded by Erasmus+.
Erasmus+ funding for Erasmus+ internships is limited, so priority will be given to internships focusing on sustainability, social inclusion or digitalisation (in line with the priorities of the new generation of Erasmus+).
The Erasmus+ application documents you need to submit are the same for internships within and outside the EU.
