IoT Prototyping Laboratory

The areas of work at the IoT Prototyping Laboratory cover the entire system, ranging, for example, from specialised hardware for edge computing, through scalable runtime systems, to integration with cloud services for data processing and analysis. The laboratory supports processor and system design, specialising in bespoke processors of various performance classes and optimised for specific applications. It enables the development of demonstrators and feasibility studies to test and validate ideas.

Drawing on extensive expertise in hardware and software, the laboratory develops bespoke IoT solutions. IT security, particularly in zero-trust environments, ensures data security. The laboratory promotes the digitalisation of production and supports embedded systems and the Industrial Internet of Things (IIoT). It offers a unique platform for innovation and progress in the field of connected technologies.
