The Laboratory for Automation, Robotics & AI brings together core expertise in machine learning applications and intelligent autonomous systems.
The core focus of our research activities lies in the development and testing of innovative AI solutions, specifically in generative methods for multimodal data, 2D/3D perception for (service) robotics, anomaly detection, reinforcement learning, autonomous navigation and path planning, as well as the use of multimodal language models in autonomous and intelligent (robotic) systems.
