The recruitment test
The recruitment test assesses the potential candidate’s general knowledge and logical thinking skills. In addition, aptitude, performance and personality tests provide information about their competencies. During a written test, which is usually completed by all applicants at the same time, questions are set on topics including the following:
- General knowledge
- Spelling
- Numeracy
- Logical thinking
