Information from the examination committee

The examination committee is responsible for all examination matters that are not expressly assigned to another examination body (examiners, examination boards). In particular, its responsibilities include deciding on examination matters of fundamental importance, monitoring the proper application of examination regulations, dealing with appeals against examination decisions, and deciding on complaints regarding examination matters as well as on reasonable adjustments.

Students who submit appeals regarding marks or examinations to the examination committee will have the opportunity to provide further details regarding their concerns during the consultation hours of the Chair of the Examination Committee. Invitations to these consultation hours will be sent out in writing.

Applications can be submitted via PRIMUSS Online Services > Services > Applications and Messages > Select application/form.

If there is no appropriate form available, you can submit informal applications via PRIMUSS Online Services > Services > Applications and Messages > Write a message.

In appeal proceedings, fees are charged in accordance with Annex 4 of the University Fee Regulations of the HM Hochschule München University of Applied Sciences dated 15 December 2023 (as amended by the Amendment Regulations of 16 April 2026) (The document is available in German only).
