Female Empowerment – A series of workshops for women* at HM
Women* have many opportunities today – but that does not mean they have equal opportunities!
Wage gaps, the unequal distribution of care work, career progression opportunities, political representation and existing gender stereotypes show that challenges and structural disadvantages in the lives of women* persist.
That is why we would like to empower one another at HM.
Whether you are a student, a research assistant, a non-research staff member, a lecturer or a Professor – this series of events is open to all women* at HM.
‘Women*’ refers to everyone who identifies as a woman, places themselves on the female spectrum, or has experienced similar forms of discrimination and violence. Non-binary and inter* people who feel this applies to them are welcome.
