"TalentE³ – Entdecken. Entwickeln. Entfalten."
TalentE³ – Discover. Develop. Evolve.
The HM’s own non-monetary talent development programme for high-performing students
Important Note:
The TalentE³ program (e.g., networking events, workshops) is conducted in German.
"Because there's loads of talent at HM!"
HM has set itself the aim of supporting even more of its outstanding students and has therefore, since the summer semester of 2018, been complementing the classical sholarship programmes with its own university-based scheme for high-performing students.
Under the slogan “TalentE³ – Discover. Develop. Evolve.” (>> German: TalentE³ – Entdecken. Entwickeln. Entfalten.), bachelor's degree members of the TalentE³ programme gain access to exclusive events such as workshops, training sessions and seminars focusing on (social) entrepreneurial thinking and action, as well as personal development.
TalentE³ is a purely non-monetary programme – acceptance into the programme therefore does not entail any direct financial support.
Regardless of their academic or social background, high-achieving students from all HM departments who are in their second or third semester of their bachelor's degree at the time of application (usually between the end of November and the end of January) are eligible to apply for the TalentE³ programme.
In each summer semester, an HM committee selects 25 students to be admitted to the programme. Over a period of four to five semesters, these "Bachelor-TalentE³" students are given the opportunity to further develop and fully realise their skills.
