Digital Moodle self-study modules on stress management and meditation for trainee peer coaches
Motivation
This educational innovation arose from the need to teach stress management and meditation in a more flexible and scalable way. The aim was to create learning opportunities that are not tied to a specific location or time, are accessible to a larger number of students, and at the same time promote self-directed, sustainable learning.
Effect
"The self-study modules have a lasting positive impact on students’ self-regulation skills and mental health. They encourage independent learning and equip trainee peer coaches to pass on effective stress management strategies."
