Qualifiaktion in der Arbeitswelt 4.0

The “Qualifiaktion in der Arbeitswelt 4.0” project was funded by the Bavarian State Ministry of Science and the Arts as part of the Digital Campus Bavaria programme from October 2015 to December 2019.

As part of this project, Hochschule München developed – in some cases in collaboration with other Bavarian universities – new courses designed to promote digitalisation skills relevant to the world of work for the disciplines of tourism and architecture. In addition, individual learning modules on the topic of leadership in the digital world of work were designed for the subject area of Business Administration.

In addition, an exploratory interview study was carried out with 33 lecturers at five universities of applied sciences within the UAS7 network. The study focused not only on the current discourse on competences, but also on how new teaching content is incorporated into the curricula and which factors influence the development of new courses.
