Virtuelle Kollaboration in der Arbeitswelt 4.0
Virtual communication and virtual team and project work have become the new norm during the coronavirus pandemic. Managers and staff members must deliver reliable results whilst working together largely online.
What skills are expected of students if, as future staff members, they wish to collaborate virtually with others, or if, as managers, they wish to organise their team so that it can work together successfully in a virtual environment?
Against this backdrop, Hochschule München has made ‘virtual collaboration’ – a key competence in the world of work 4.0 – the focus of its research and development.
The project ‘Virtuelle Kollaboration in der Arbeitswelt 4.0’ investigated:
- What defines virtual collaboration,
- which measurement methodology and criteria can be used to measure virtual collaboration competence in a valid and reliable manner,
- how this skill can be developed, practised and taught,
- the framework conditions under which the placement should take place.
Building on these findings, learning modules on virtual collaboration were developed as templates for various academic disciplines.
