  • Mental Health First Aid. As mental health challenges become increasingly common, HM offers support through certified Mental Health First Aiders. They provide a listening ear and practical guidance in a confidential setting. While they do not diagnose conditions or replace professional treatment, they can help colleagues navigate difficult situations and connect them with appropriate professional support services.

  • A space for reflection and calm. Our Quiet Room offers a place to relax and recharge. At designated times, it also hosts group activities such as meditation sessions.
