Friends of Hochschule München
Freunde der Hochschule München e.V is the cross-faculty support association of Hochschule München, whose members include friends, alumni and representatives from the worlds of business and politics.
Tasks and projects
We support
- Deutschlandstipendium
(Germany scholarship) : Particularly committed and high-achieving students are supported – in partnership with the Federal Ministry of Education and Research (Bundesministerium für Bildung und Forschung, BMBF) – in pursuing their studies successfully and with a clear focus on their goals. - Dual study
programmes . In particular, we support Verbundstudium (academic study combined with vocational training). This offers our supporting members the opportunity to recruit qualified and committed staff members. - Awards for outstanding graduates
We make it possible
- Special event formats and projects organised by HM
- Cultural activities at HM
- International collaborations and award ceremonies
We connect
- HM’s links with businesses and alumni
- Civil society working with HM, for example by supporting the Applied Science Slam
- HM’s engagement with the general public through public relations and international cooperation
Your support
Your contribution
- They support HM in individual projects: directly, financially and personally.
- They raise awareness of HM.
- You can share your professional experience with students.
- As HM alumni, you may be able to give something back to the university in the form of your own personal development.
- You can provide impetus for the HM in the areas of research, teaching and transfers.
