Global Virtual Course- Virtual Exploration of Sustainable and Clean Engineering solutions in Scandinavia and the US

The University of Pittsburgh is offering an innovative global, virtual 3 credit course for U.S. engineering students! The course explores clean, sustainable energy practices and electric power transmission and distribution of grid technologies. What is so unique about the course is that it is being offered in conjunction with a professor and students at the Technical University of Denmark. Students participants will work in multinational teams on a consulting project with U.S. and Danish energy companies.

When is the program?

June 4-June 25, 2021

Mondays-Thursdays 8:30 am- 10:15 am & Friday the 4th and 25th from 8 am-Noon and Friday the 11th and 17th from 8 am-3 pm

Sunday, March 28, 2021 is the deadline. Students apply via our website, and once accepted will be provided with more information and will be asked to commit to the program.
